Denny Crane is arrested -- yet again -- for carrying a concealed firearm after he shoots a man in self defense who's attempting to mug him and Jerry Espenson. Meanwhile, Alan Shore fights for a sex surrogate's right to joint custody of her daughter -- while grappling with the fact that he was a former client of hers.

Cop: "you have the right to remain silent..."
Denny: "I know my rights and let me tell you I'm never silent. Everything about me makes noise (farts)"...Pure Crane!

This episode story is amazing. Danny and carl scenes was so good.Its make me laugh. I have seen Boston Legal episodes from this site and entertain very much.

This episode of Boston Legal was one of the bestest episode I have ever seen. Both Danny and Carl contribute such an amazing talent on the screen which make us laugh.

The year was 1952, he said 'The tragedy of our day is the climate of fear in which we live and fear breeds repression. Too often sinister threats to the Bill of Rights, to freedom of the mind, are concealed under the cloak of anti-Communism.' Today, it's the cloak of anti-Terrorism. Stevenson also remarked that it's far easier to fight for principles than to live up to them. I know we are all afraid, but the Bill of Rights, we have to live up to that, we simply must."
